BidPigs.com collects information about their registered users as required for operation of the site, including but not limited to; billing or accounting purposes, confirming eligibility in auctions, preventing collusion and monitoring site traffic.   A. The decision, made solely by us, to hire or enlist an outside, independent audit of our records and/or site verification processes. These procedures would necessarily allow the auditor(s) to have access to those collected records. These audits shall only be for review to assure the legitimacy of the site. The audit firm will not retain the personal information reviewed on this site and will not be permitted to use any of that information to contact, or allow any other contact to any BidPigs.com registered users.

   B. The sharing of your name, username and ip address with other penny auction site owners for purposes of verifying user status and in the event that BidPigs detemines that you have been attempting to defraud, cheat, hack or obtain an unfair advantage over penny auction sites or other users. In the event that this information is released it will be done via email or private and restricted forums. No such information, except usernames, will be posted in any "public" areas.

 BidPigs.com will not collect, or gather any information from you, or your computer, during visits to our site. Any “cookies” placed on your system during your time on site are used only to maintain your “log in” status. BidPigs.com may periodically send emails to our registered users informing them of upcoming specials, changes to policy and any other important site issues.
